The Pacific Northwest Council of the American Society of Civil Engineers was founded in 1949, and encompasses the sections in District 12 of Zone IV.  The following Sections comprise the Pacific Northwest Council membership:

Micron has received the 2004 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award for their Aquifer Recharge and Recovery Project in Boise, Idaho.
